I agree with Nora, Access is pretty awful, but I think Outlook’s propensity to ruin your week at a click of a mouse is pretty horrific.

My NewOfficeManager decided for no apparent reason that all the files we keep in Excel suddenly needed to be transferred into Access. She had never used Access before and took this opportunity to teach herself. So now I’m stuck having to learn it too, if I ever hope to get to the files I need anymore… If this isn’t Purgatory I’m not sure what is.
